Well, that Mizo language title translates in English to "Let's punch it/him/her!" It's a stress-relieving activity, seriously. Last night when wifey and I laid in bed staring and surveying the ceiling, we talked about 'punching' something/someone!. You know, just 'take it out'.. well, we ended up having sex - bahahaha!
We are all made to think that sex-based relationships are taboo and non-seasoned. Yeah, things do get stale in the fridge very 'soon'. More on this crap later. Yeah, in the mean fucking time, punch that thing, mormons!

On few occasions, I like to punch the other side of a wall too even though most people punch only this side...

I usually take around 5 minutes break before continue punching for the next round.

Sometimes I keep punching continuously right through round 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and so on until I know MY particular round is up. Then only do I rest.

I dont like other boxers coming and punching the same wall that I am punching. I need my space when punching.
